With bonded warehouse space at San Juan International Airport and the former Ramey Air Force Base in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Roblex can provide secure storage and staging as needed by our customers.

Roblex is the only cargo carrier in the area to use “Roll-On, Roll-Off” containers, ensuring the efficient, safe and secure loading, unloading and shipment of cargo. Our experienced loaders provide superior support while our sophisticated ground handling equipment, such as new belt-loaders and ground power units, minimize risk of equipment failure and schedule impact.

To provide extra accountability and tracking ability, Roblex is equipped to provide package tag scanning at all locations. Roblex utilizes Intermec Scanners, the most sophisticated scanning equipment in the Caribbean. All crew members are trained in the scanning equipment and procedures and our scanning accuracy rate consistently exceeds customer requirements.

Roblex utilizes sophisticated Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology that provide an efficient, comprehensive, and effective means to support all cargo delivery EDI requirements. These products allow Roblex to provide customers with scanning data within hours of actual scanning.

Roblex meets and surpasses all Customs and TSA requirements. Roblex was the first local cargo company in Puerto Rico to install the Automated Manifest System as required by law for U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.

Roblex is committed to the protection of our customers’ cargo against theft, depredation, weather, or any other event that may cause damage or destruction. High value items are placed under lock and key in separate compartments of the aircraft.
